Terms of service

These terms apply to licenses for ClinicOS sold by MyHumanNetwork.com ("we") through https://license.myhumannetwork.com. By buying or using ClinicOS you accept them.

License

A license lets you run ClinicOS for your own business, on the number of installations and within the limits and features of the plan you bought. You may not resell, rent, share or sublicense your license key or the software.

Plans, renewal and updates

Yearly plans last for the period shown at purchase and can be renewed. Lifetime plans do not expire, and include updates for the number of years stated on the plan. Updates released after your updates period ends need a renewal. An expired or invalid license blocks business access until renewed or replaced.

License checks

ClinicOS checks its license with our server regularly and can work through short outages. See our Privacy policy for what is sent.

Your data

Your business data lives on your own hosting and is your responsibility, including backups. Use ClinicOS's backup feature and keep copies.

Payments and tax

Prices and any tax are shown at checkout. Refunds are described in our Refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClinicOS unlawfully, try to bypass its licensing, or interfere with our servers. We may suspend or revoke a license used in breach of these terms.

Warranty and liability

ClinicOS is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.
