This policy covers this website and the license site at https://license.myhumannetwork.com, run by MyHumanNetwork.com ("we"). ClinicOS software itself runs on its owner's own hosting.

What we collect

• When you buy or contact us: name, email, billing details you enter, and your messages.
• When ClinicOS checks its license or updates: the license key, the domain it runs on, an installation id, the ClinicOS and PHP versions, and the time of the check.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal. We receive confirmation and the order details, not your full card number.
• Website use: standard server logs (IP address, pages, browser) for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not collect

Customer, appointment, billing and staff data you keep in your own ClinicOS installation stays on your server. License checks do not send it to us.

How we use it

To issue and verify licenses, take payments, send receipts, license keys and renewal notices, provide updates and support, prevent misuse, and meet legal and tax duties.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (payment providers, email delivery, hosting) and where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Keeping and your rights

We keep order and license records as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, where the law allows, by writing to hello@myhumannetwork.com.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. The license site uses a cookie to keep you signed in to My account.
